Croydon Classic race 2007

WPF-06-13548 this blue bar hen came together with a loft mate to win the 2007 Croydon classic by 25 minutes from the second place getter. She won almost $1000 in prize money!! As you can see the club was almost empty when I got there with the clock!!

Like in 2005 I had the honor of winning this special race again in 2007, this time with this magnificent bc hen. WPF-06-13504 she was bred from two Des Sippets stock birds Sire Janssen Van Der Weil and Dam a Van Loon. The race was from Kaniva 360km, 22/09/2007, against 801 birds 1095.407mpm, she won club by 50mts and the fed by 25mts!!

1st federation Wpf's 10 Bird Special 17/09/2005 from Hay 360km, 1360418mpm, against 769 birds!! Two weeks earlier this hen was 3rd fed produce from Mt Hope 560km 3/09/2005 against 2066 birds 1411.799 mpm!! She now retired to the stock loft were she start producing winners like "The machine" a triple fed cock...her Sire is a Deweerd cock and Dam is from the late Bill Teunisen janssen birds. One of my best hens...
